What type of hair products do you use?
At Hair Studio 369, we use Essations Multi-textural Collection which is a professional hair line that was created to be used on all hair types. It allows the client to achieve the same professional results as in the salon, keeping the hair healthy and vibrant.
How can I book an appointment?
You can call the salon directly, send an e-mail or send a text message.
Do you retail any products for clients?
Yes, we sell Essations Multi-textural Collection to ensure proper home care and ensure the integrity of the hair.
Is Hair Studio 369 a full service salon?
At this time we only offer Services for Hair styling, Hair extensions and Make-up.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and gift card purchased through Hair Studio 369.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
We regret that we cannot replace/refund stolen or lost gift cards.
Why are prices A la Carte?
At Hair Studio 369 we have you the client in mind. The prices are set to allow you to purchase exactly what you need at that time, saving you money during economic difficulties so you don’t have to sacrifice your image.
What if I am late for my appointment? Or I need to cancel an appointment?
If you are late, we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled. We require a 24-hour notification for cancellations. If less notice is given, you will be charged for half the cost of the services.
Do you offer any promotions for new clients receiving services?
Hair Studio 369 offers various promotions which can be found on our events and promos page.
Do you offer any additional rewards for existing clients?
Hair Studio 369 has a referral program for all of our new and existing guests. On the back of our business card is a coupon for $5 to be credited toward future services. Once we receive any cards with your referral information it will be saved for your next visit. So the more people you refer can result in a free style for you.
Why is there a deposit for hair extensions?
Hair extensions are a time consuming process and a deposit is to secure your time for this service. Deposits are also used to purchase hair for this service. All services totaling $100 or more require a 50% deposit at the point of scheduling. Deposit are non refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment.
What is a 369 Card Member?
A 369 Card Member is a rechargeable pre-paid gift card that allows you to receive $5 off on all prepaid services at the salon.
